A Place Called Home was seen by Indianapolis residents regularly at Heartland On Demand on Channel 627 for Bright House Networks Digital Cable subscribers between 2008-2010.  Heartland On Demand is a new free channel dedicated to bringing you the best of the last 20 years of Heartland Film Festival movies. 

 

A Place Called Home, other Crystal Heart Award winners and Official Selections are the films that audiences just couldn't get enough of during the Festival each October. Heartland Truly Moving Pictures and Bright House Networks have teamed up to create a digital On Demand channel like no other.

 

WFYI IndianapolisA Place Called Home aired on PBS (WFYI TV20) on Thanksgiving Day, 2006 and other numerous airdates between 2006 and 2008.

 

 

A Place Called Home won the Audience Award for Best Feature Film. and the Hoosier Lens Award at the Indianapolis International Film Festival.
